DEKRA OSR is proud to announce the 30-year anniversary of Senior Vice President Don Groover.

Don works with senior executives and leadership teams throughout the world to help them develop a deep understanding of the current state of exposure control, and to develop strategic safety-driven culture change. In this role he has coached hundreds of leaders in organizations, ranging from domestic railroad operations to multinational chemical corporations.

“Don has had an incredible impact on workplace safety in ways that we will never fully know or be able to measure. His executive coaching has changed hearts and minds of leaders in countless companies,” said DEKRA OSR President Ted Apking. “Don constantly challenges us to be on the leading edge of what’s possible in safety performance.”

Among Don’s many accomplishments, he co-authored the book, The Manager’s Guide to Workplace Safety (Safety in Action Press) in 2012. He has also authored or co-authored numerous articles that have appeared in Construction Safety News, Contingency Planning & Management, Safety and Health, Occupational Hazards, Occupational Health & Safety, Professional Safety, and Pulp & Paper.
